We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that's still how we run things. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd let park in my own driveway. We're family-operated, so when something isn't right, that's on us, and we sort it out the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
